Minister of State for Transport, Chris Heaton-Harris MP, opens BA members’ conference with video message

Minister of State for Transport, Chris Heaton-Harris MP, has delivered a video message to members of the Bicycle Association attending the opening session of the BA’s virtual conference week.
From Monday to Friday, lunchtime sessions will cover the BA’s advocacy programme, Brexit, market data, a retailer forum and sustainability in the cycle industry.
Chris Heaton-Harris MP is the Minister of State for Transport, with responsibility for rail, cycling and walking.
